Interactive Layer

Interactive Layer describes the future structural direction of LiVi related to nonlinear and interactive video logic.

Current status

At the current stage, this layer is not documented as a fully active public runtime product.

It is presented as an important future direction of the platform.

Why it matters

Interactive logic is relevant to LiVi because the broader platform direction is not limited to static linear media workflows.

The long-term idea is that video may evolve into a more structured and participatory system where scenes, choices and logic can play a larger role.

Current documentation approach

The current documentation keeps this layer intentionally high-level.

This is done to avoid presenting a future direction as if it were already a finalized public product.

Structural meaning

Within the broader platform architecture, the Interactive Layer may later connect with:

  • editor-side structure
  • scene logic
  • AI-assisted production planning
  • future runtime behavior
  • broader creator workflows

Current principle

For now, the Interactive Layer should be understood as a planned infrastructure direction rather than a released standalone module.
